I had been going to the gym on and off for 13 years and whilst I had had some results, I didn't have 13 years of results! I had also injured my shoulder which was making it difficult to keep it up. I sought out Michael after seeing the professional way he conducted himself which made him stand out from the other PTs I saw at the gym whilst I trained. After getting to know him I can testify that he is not only a great trainer, but also a thoroughly decent human being.
Michael has helped me put on more muscle than I have ever been able to, in a shorter timeframe. He designed the programme around my injury and always knows when I need pushing. It has been a painful process with some super tough workouts, but there is no way I would have got the results I have with another PT.
Whilst my groans of agony during squats turn heads, I have enjoyed every single session I've had and I would wholeheartedly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a personal trainer, no matter what your goals.

I was a little apprehensive about taking on personal training.
I was worried that my trainer would not understand my goals but with Michael, he first asks you what your goals are and then tailors a plan to suit you.
The sessions are always varied which keeps it interesting. Michael always explains the benefits of each workout which works well to motivate you. I would recommend him for anyone who is looking for a great personal trainer. Just be prepared to put the work in and also have a few aches after your sessions!
